I was ordering as a surprise for my friend. I entered her info as the "delivery name and phone number", and put my info as "billing details" (because I'm paying for it).
Somehow the system set my biling details in the final checkout page, which end messing up the delivery guy, because the delivery guy gets my name and phone number, instead of the recipient (my friend).
I realized this mistake, a few minutes after payment is made. I tried whatsapp-ing the number in the receipt, to rectify the problem, but no reply.
I had to alert her before the rider arrives and ask her to be ready at home to accept the delivery. This ruined the surprise.
